We may have been ripped off by Sheraton Homes. We bought a mobile home in April and have not received the Statement of Ownership and Location nor the warranty repairs. And they still have to install the Hardy Plank skirting we ordered.
The quality of the Legacy Home has been a big disappointment. For the price we paid, we did not expect much, but the basics have been sorely lacking. For example, in July we received a $800.00 water bill due to defects with the home. The only way to receive any action from Sheraton is to directly confront Pat Kennedy and she will promise anything, but not follow through.
Sheraton Homes has now shut down their website and the email addresses are no longer working.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and The Manufactured Housing Division (MHD) of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
