Every one that has had a problem with Clayton Homes can contact the Department of Housing and Community Affairs with in their State. If you can not find them go to the Federal government FHA (Federal Housing) or HUD (Housing of Urban Development). It cost no money to file a report and in Texas The TDHCA is very good on making clayton and others correct their mistakes. If everyone would file a report maybe we could get some kind of action and others would not be taken advantage of as we have.
Also even if your having problems with your finance this is no reason not to file a report. The federal government mandates how retailers and manufactured homes should act and be produced.
People please research your rights! Stand on them! Dont let this inconciderate company get the best of you without a fight!
