On or about 7.1.7, purchased 2 cans of paint, 1 black, 1 off-white, @ the HOME dept on Kings Canyon Ave, in Fresno, CA.
Started w / off-white to paint the background, there was the main problem: it was way-off white, more into greenish, but if it had been lighter, might have been used, but it was not proper for the color of background for 2 signs.
White background on another, using a special paint, that was not proper as why had bought the new ones.
Black paint ok. But could not make 2 signs, just 1, reduced 1/2 from bill. It cost me $125, plus 2 new customers, that had already agreed, just waited until they could see the demo. That's why 2 specific new jobs were lost.
If the paints were returned, maybe, would get my money back. But the loss was more. That's why was adviced to explain to HOME depot. Letter was sent, a note from them they received it.
Then we came across complaint on my computer, that's why it should be treated better. The demand will be the same:

Legal Damage $2,500.00 = Net total: $3,625.00
If the case goes to court, and expected, but the expenses will increase.
(When I purchased, the young lady used the modern machine to verify it.)
