Deccolux promised to have my curtains in four or six weeks. It has been 5 months now and no one wants to give any answers. One of there phone numbers has been disconnected. The other phone number has no answer. I go in person and the individual there says he's very ashamed, the curtains are supposedly stuck in a container at a port somewhere. They looked professional and it surprises me that they did this. I tell them I want my money back and they tell me they cannot do that. The women answering the phone have been nothing but rude. They tell me they will call me at the end of the week and never have. They also told me to go ahead and get my lawyer.
