Lured in by the incredible ambiance and amazing pre-sales attention. Don't get me wrong, the product was great - but the pain we went through wasn't worth it.
The furniture we ordered took 5 months for delivery and only after constant followup on our part. Once the goods were received, the "gold star" warranty was not included as per the contract. Eight attempts to contact the store were made - none were returned.
Great product - the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. Their tagline "Start making dreams a reality" was more like an extended, drawn out customer service nightmare.
