I would highly advise against ordering from these people... Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the frustration! He is NOT professional in conducting business and does NOT deliver!
In checking with the BBB online, this isn't the first time either... MANY complaints of not delivering! Jim Anderson is the owner. Phone numbers and addresses seem to change often, as all the BBB numbers were no longer good! No surprise there.
Jim took my money, $898 on Feb. 12th. After that all I got were lies and the run around, but mostly I got NO response at all. The only number I had (that exists that I could find) is Jim's cell phone, which he only answered twice for me in two months (must've been a fluke in his caller ID ;)
Funny though... Emails and his phone sure were answered when I was asking questions and placing my order! But once he got my money, he couldn't care less.
When the first delivery date came and went, and I Finally got to talk to Jim, I got the run around and excuses blaming a new shipping company and other circular talk. He would never give me the tracking information so I could call the shipping company! His promises of calling me back to let me know where my furniture was and when I would receive it didn't happen, the lies began! My calls and emails were not answered.
After a couple more weeks of frustration another Fluke finally came my way and I got another empty promise... My furniture was being re-shipped and I would receive it in a week. Guess what ;) Yep... Never got it and never talked to Jim again!!! No response to emails, no response to my voice mails and not even another lucky fluke in his caller ID ;)
I really wanted this, since it was a (not surprise) gift for my daughter, and didn't want to give up. But I was left no choice and have now asked the credit card company to remove it from the bill. Luckily I had the good sense to not pay it off, to not trust him! Of course there is the matter of the interest, which is the only thing I can see Jim had to gain from this fiasco... Possibly floating money? He did get the use of $898 for 2 months! The way I see it, he owes me interest on my money!
So if you're looking at his furniture thinking you'd like to order it... Think again! You won't get it anyway ;) I tried for TWO MONTHS and it was NEVER even SHIPPED out to me... You figure it out ;) I'm wondering if Anyone Ever gets it at all! I Truly have my doubts after my own experience... Do Not Trust this one man operation, I warn you. I'm not sure what kind of scam it is, but it sure isn't legit!
