This company has to be one of the worst I have EVER dealt with. First experience was BAD, partially my fault, I take responsibility for orderding wallpaper, not border. After taking a 30% fee from my order they sent UPS to pick it up for $10.50 against my wishes. I mailed it myself for just over $5.00. With 1/2 of my order gone in fees and return postage I was FORCED to order with them again, no credit given! So, I did. Placed order over a month ago and still NO order or refund. (after they promise a 3-5 day delivery) Attempted calling several times and finally got through on one call after spending 25 mins in their phone system. (ALL e-mails went unanswered) Was told that the can't fill my order, they no longer deal with that distributor. Were they ever going to tell me? NO! STILL waiting for refund from them, 10 days later. I know it does NOT take that long for a Visa refund. Even if you think you are getting a good deal form them, I recommend NOT to order from this company. They also brag about no shipping cost but when you place your order they charge you a "handling" fee of over $7.00! Utilize your local stores for wallpaper, they are not worth it.
