Stay away from USA (wallpaper)!
I placed an order for a border ($62.04) on 9/24/08. Received paypal authorization, but it seems that it never went through them. The debit appeared on my bank statement on 9/25. I received an email that they (USA) were temporarily out of stock. Two phone calls placed to them in October, checking on status of order. "Still not in".
I canceled my order on 11/05. I even received a cancellation number from them. 11/11- requested status of refund. Their comment, "It takes one or two billing cycles." 11/12, - "It should reflect on paypal account in approximately 30 days." 12/12 requested status of refund again. "Becky" was sending the request to their Accounting Dept. This date, 1/10/09 - still no refund. Sent them (Manager, Becky) an email - "I am not going away".
