Starfibers I ordered and paid with my visa on-line starfiber's mop refil pads and received nothing. I called them and e-mail and no response. Finally I turned it over to my credit card fraud department and my credit card company did reimburse me. Ripoff

I ordered and paid in full by my visa on the internet (starfibers.com) and received nothing. This is a mop company often featured at home shows. I called and left many e-mails messages, but received no response. My credit card company has investigated this order.
