I ordered for a coach handbag (purse) on line on 05/18. I paid with my visa credit card. Ref # is 74599004DLPR8NX4. I have receive the statement indicating that my credit card was charged. However, I have not received the item I ordered. I have sent e-mails and attempted to call. There has been no response to my e-mails, and I do not understand the foreign voice message on the telephone. (1 800 558-0970).
