Mechanic's son damages vehicle while in shop and refuses to fix it

On Sunday October 2nd, the driver side front window on my 2001 Pontiac Aztek fell in the door. I thought maybe I could put it back on track, so I pulled the door panel off to inspect it. After the door panel was off, I realized that the window regulator was broken. Unable to fix it, I took my vehicle to Marc's Auto Repair in Bradenton. I left the door apart, and replaced the window/lock switch so that I was able to operate the other windows and the door locks. I left the window/lock switch hanging by its wires and carefully shut the door softly while holding the switch casing when I got out of my vehicle at Marc's. This was witnessed by my father and by my son's father as well.

I walked into the shop and handed Marc my keys. He then handed my keys to his son Will and asked him to take the car on a test drive, because I was having noise in my wheels. (4 to 5 weeks prior his son replaced my rotors, breaks, drums, and shoes. On this visit, his son didn't put 2 of my lug nuts on tight. This made one lug fall off, and the whole tire loosen up) His son entered my vehicle and shut the door hard. I walked over to my vehicle and asked him to please be careful because of the loose glass rattling. I left, and Marc called me about 30 minutes later. He told me that I needed my rear breaks adjusted up. He said that the price was $15 for this. (This was something his son should have done on the last visit.) He also said that my window regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the part was $158 and the labor would be $62. I told him at this point that I would call him back.

I called around to a couple auto parts stores and found the same part for $104. I called him back and told him that I would bring the part to him.

I arrived at his shop at 4:15pm with the part in hand. I gave the part to Marc. He complained that it was almost closing time. He took the part and installed it. (At this time was I standing aprox. 10 feet away from my vehicle.) While putting my door back together again, he said, "this part is broken". I replied, "WHAT?" I looked over and found him holding my window/lock switch casing. It had been busted in two and the lock switch was smashed apart. I asked who did that. He told me that the car was brought into the shop that way. I replied, "absolutely not!!!". He stated that he didn't do it. I told him probably not. I said that when his son was opening and closing my door hard, it most likely broke then. He said that a junk yard part would probably cost $30, so he said he would take of the break adjustment fee off my bill (this should have been done when the drums where installed.)

My inside door panel is now currently in bad shape. My windows work, but I am unable to lock my car doors from the inside. This panel sites out of place and has sharp edges. It has scrapped me a couple times now.
