This company called an 87 year old woman and told her that her septic tank was about to fail and will cost her 10 to 20 thousand dollars to replace. You can imagine it scared the hell out of her. Then they told her the only way to avoid paying thousands to replace her septic system would be to purchase septic relief. Luckily, my wife was visting and got on the phone for her grandmother, but the sales person hung up when he heard a younger voice on the phone! I can only imagine how many people might be scammed into buying from these scare tactics.
