Jc Septic pumped out our septic tank and 4 months later when the tank backed up he refused to examine the problem without charging a callout fee

In January I called otu JC Septic to pump out a backed up septic tank. After quoting me an agreeable price on the phone he said he would come right out.
He later called me when he got to the house and said it would be an additional 145.00 to clear out the inlet pipe. He said that was not included in the price. I said fine as I had tenants in the house and needed to resolve the situation asap.

4 months later it backed up again and JC Septic refused to come out and check the tank unless we paid them a call out fee first. He said he did his work and could not be responsible for a 40 year old septic tank.
