I ordered an eagle statue for my mom. When it arrived, she was less than impressed and wanted me to return it. I e-mailed customer service since there was no phone number for the company (this should have tipped me off) but got no response.
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a week. Their website says to ocntact them within 3 days to get a return number. I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks, and haven't heard a thing yet. Bad customer service!
