Nationwide training for Mobile Mini sales reps are trained not to tell customers when quoting a sale that they bill on 28 day intervals. This means, 13 payments a year. Not 12 months as you are lead to believe. After a few months you start to get past due notices, and thats when they explain it.
They should switch to 12 monthly payments a year or have the customer sign beside the terms of 28 day billing and 13 time a year. They should train the sales staff to fully disclose the terms and not train them to not talk about them.
What a rip-off. I would gladly join any lawsuit to stop this practice. I have the evidence to prove my case.
