Do not be a victim of this company.
I signed my contract to build my home in July. Through a constant battle, I just recently moved into my home but I still have an extensive punch out list as well as I had to spend an extra $40,000 worth of fees and expenses due to my builders very slow progress and and lack of work to my home.
Please beware. You too will be victim to higher interest rates and penalties from this builder, as well as liens on your home. Subs for this builder have told me that the builder has spent the hard earned money that we paid for our homes on lavish cars and homes and a lavish lifestyle.
BEWARE. Let's hope that this is not true. But with their track record, it may be true
