Www.bestnest.com Fraudulent Return Policy - Manipulative and dishonest return tactics Ripoff

This Company would not accept a return because the original packaging was "opened". The item arrived and did not work as specified in the advertising. How can one check out the item they have purchased without opening the box? NO REFUND OR CREDIT WAS GIVEN. Since the purchase in July they have revised their return policy, but BUYER BEWARE! I am out $45.00 dollars and am stuck with an item that does not work AT ALL!
