Toys R us return policy is the worst, please if you are going to purchase anything electronic you are better off going to Bestbuy, walmart or any other place. First of all if you open an item and it don't work or you are not satisfied you can NOT return it because it is an open item and they will not take that item back!!! I purchased a Sylvania android netbook and I did not like how it works and it is way to complicated for my 7 yr old and I tried taking is back and they would not take it not even for a store credit. Now I have to keep it: (, which is crazy, never had a problem taking anything back at anyother electronic stores before... Learned that the hard way: (do not purchase any electronics from this place unless you know you will keep it. They are just a bunch of loosers and they need to change their policies because there will be some angry customers after the holidays and they findout that their stuff don't work propertly and they can't take it back because " the package has been opened".
