Ripoff not getting what you pay for the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I will start my report by saying that first american home buyers protection corporation, without a doubt, is the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life! The very first claim that i made they tried to get out of paying for it. My first claim involved my a/c had quit working. I called, made the claim, and they said they would send someone to repair it. A day went by, and no a/c tech and no call from first american, so the next day i called them and they told me that they couldn't find anyone in my area to service my a/c and were still looking, but didn't bother to call me and let me know what was going on.

This situation went on for 3 days, and this was in the month of june in the state of south carolina (not a pleasant place to live without a/c)!! After almost a week of me bugging them to death, which i shouldn't have to do, they finally agree to let me find an a/c tech myself, pay for it myself, send them the bill, and they would reemburse me. At least that is what was suppose to happen. The a/c tech came to my house and repaired my a/c, and when i faxed them the bill to get reembursed they called me back and told me they were denying my claim due to a preextisting problem of rust, even though the a/c tech never saw any rust nor said anything about rust in his description of his repairs. And to this day i wonder how a company located in california can see rust on an a/c unit (especially when the rust didn't exist) in south carolina. I had to get letter from 2 different a/c techs stating my problem was not due to rust and fax it to them before they would finally pay for it! And that was just the first problem. Once again, my a/c unit has went out, and has been out for over a month and i have been calling first american everyday and i'm getting no service. They either tell me someone will be at my house next week and when that doesn't happen i call them, the person i deal with tells me the will call me back, and i never hear back from them! So i call that person back, and of course get their voice mail, end up dealing with another "customer service" person who does the same thing. And now on top of the "rust prophecy", they have decided that my a/c unit is too small for my condo.

Once again, this conclusion coming from across the country with ever laying eyes on my condo! And once again, i have had to go out and get 2 more 2nd opinions, at their request, which i have had to pay for, to prove that wrong! And both 2nd opinions have said that my a/c unit is not too small, they say that it is old and worn out and needs to be replaced! And still they won't send someone to work on my a/c because they say now they want to send their own technician out to get their own 2nd opinion. This has been going on since june and it is now the middle of september! What ever happened to paying for a service and getting what you pay for? Does that even exist anymore? I have run out of ideas, and i am at my whits' end! If there are a suggestions out there to help solve this problem, please let me know.
