I ordered a bedroom suite on April and was told the delivery date was July 6th. July the 6th came around noone called or anything. I would check the furnitrack thing and it wasn't working. I would call and call. I got emails stated that everything was going as it was suppose to and I still had the same delivery date. The date came and I didn't hear from the delivery company. I called and they told me it would be another 8 weeks because some of my pieces weren't in stock. They told me I could request a refund and it would take 7-10 buisness days. Here it is September and I still haven't gotten a refund. These people are full of lies. I call and don't get and answer. If someone does answer all they tell me is that my refund is at the bank being processed. I asked to talk to someone in the cancellations department but they tell me there isn't a number they can give me. I will be talking to a lawyer on Wed. I will tell all that I know how crappy this company is.
