In mid Sept. 2005 I ordered a $1900 bedroom set. I was given a delivery date of 12/27/05. On 12/23/05 I called to confirm the delivery date and time, and discovered they were closed until after the holiday's.
I called back 01/03/06 and was told that my furniture had not left the manufacturer yet, and they could not give me a delivery date. At that time, I canceled my order, and requested a refund in writing.
I was told it would take 27 days to process, which seems a bit long to me. That time frame came and went with no results.
I have called back numberous times with no results. Managers do not return my calls, and I was told last week by customer service, that NO ONE, in any department, could tell me when I would receive my refund.
