Just over 2 months my grandmother (80 years old) had new hardwood floors installed by Abby Carpet & Tile in Addison, IL. Almost immediately it began buckling and cracking... My grandmother tried again and again to get them to come look at and repair the floor. They were rude, hung-up on her, and refused to service their bad product & installation.
Last week my grandmother was INJURED (bad bruise, pictures taken) on the flooring. With all the buckling she tripped and fell. FINALLY after this happened Abby has agreed to come and take a look.
WATCH OUT for this company and AVOID THEM. Any company that would allow this to happen is a DANGER to your family. I will follow-up once they complete (or not) the repairs.
