Unfortunately, I contracted Blue Haven Pools of West Palm Beach last year to build my pool last July. It was supposedly "finished" by the end of October, just before hurricane Wilma blew through.in December, I noticed my deck cracking (they said it would) but not all the way to the coping through the coping to the waters edge causing the coping to fall into the pool.
On closer inspection I found that the spray deck was coming off all along the deck o drain. The skimmer has been replaced twice and the spray deck has not been re-done yet. Now, my deck is sinking! They told me that I had to have fill dirt brought in. I asked them what happened to the fill dirt they took out. I have called for Jerry Perkins (construction manager) hundreds of times always getting, "Jerry's out of town" or "On the phone" or "in a meeting".
I tried to hold for almost an hour before finally being told by a salesperson there that "the squeakiest wheel get's the grease" that there were "hundreds" of problem cases just like mine and that the only way to speak with Jerry Perkins is to come down and catch him at the office". I did have my meeting with Jerry Perkins and my pool still is not right. Promises made, promises broken.
