These people were selling lots as late as January. All the while there was virtually no construction going on and they were busy spinning some tale about the second Phase of the Casa Grande Celebration development at McCartney Center.
Now they've all but disappeared off the map. No way they weren't aware know they were in financial trouble until mid. These folks were taking people's $5000 earnest money and locking them in a commitment for a house they had to either know or had strong suspicions that they couldn't deliver on their end of the deal back in 2005.
If they won't release people from their contracts then they will be stuck buying a home at a higher interest rate than they ever planned on and if the market continues softening by the time homes get built on those lots that are currently bare dirt those homes will by extremely overpriced.
So here I am out in limbo, breathing vacuum and holding a jar of Vaseline waiting for Turner Dunn to do something
