It has been almoet 7 months and we still have not recieved our refund.
We ordered 4 Vaccum's on 11-28-05, we had planned on giving a couple as Christmas present, we even paid for rush shipping. We never recieved the Vaccums.in January we canceled the order and was told it would be 14 days before we recieved our refund.
As of today June 8 we still have not recieved our refund and we still get the run around we have now been told it will be 21 days.
This Company is a major rip-off. It would not have been so bad to only lose $120. But we ordered 4 vaccums and addtional just. We have been ripped off $507.47. We have tried to contact an attorney but are unable to find an attorney to help us with this problem. I don't care how long it takes I am not giving up until I have my money back. It took them 3 days to take the money from our account yet it is taking almost 3 months to get it back. I have even gone as far as talking to Lisa and Monica. And all I get from them is I am sorry Your money will be refunded in 14 days.
I got tired of being on hold on the 800-716-8667. So I have started calling coroprate office in New York. 212-575-0500. Only to find myself with an outrageous phone bill. Please check the companies you buy from. I did not check with the BBB until after it was to late.
