Me and my husband signed a contract in December. Months passed so in march i said now listen i want something done. Dave and Steve said that they couldnt do anything in the rain. So, by this time i was beyond upset i was told once the contracts was signed and thigns they would only have 90 days to build this home.
April 1st they came out down the house seat and guess what it was raining. So, after the house seat was done months passed before anythign else got down one month i called 72 times and didnt get no return phone calls. Got them to building in late june as they was putting the house up i was catching alot of mistakes and asking them to fix the problem. Even called Steve to come out look at the places and trying to figure out what was going on with the beam well to make a long story short the house was done in august and it was a mess. The roof is got alot of swaying going on and had people to come out crowns was not turned right the beam in the living room is screwed up every door in my house isnt straight and they are not one wll in my house that is straight so the warranty man came out said he woudl only fix the roof and nothing more and my house is such a mess how can people get by with this and i have been trying to find a woman from louisa name donna that had a house built
