I ordered the Power Storm vacuum for my daughter for Christmas back in October. I still had not received it by the end of December. When I contacted them in January, I was told I would have it in two weeks. I contacted them 2 weeks later and was told another two weeks. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and expected a full refund. They said I would have a full refund in 2 weeks. I phoned again on 3/24/06 and was told that the refund was in the works and I should have it soon. I phoned again on 4/10/06 and I am still waiting for my refund. I am currently waiting on hold, probably another 45 minute wait, to talk to someone. I was just talking to someone and they said that I had to be referred to Customer Service.
