I called Milinex and ordered the power storm vaccum in Febuary 2006. The first of March they charged my bank account for my order. The customercare@igia number they gave me said they would check into it and get back to me in 24hrs. That was a week ago and I hav'nt heard from them since. I've tried contacting them by phone only to be put on hold for 124 minutes then got cut off.
Something really needs to be done about these companys.
