I started to order a power strom vac and got half way through the automated customer service rep and after giving my credit card number I decided not to get it and just hung up. I tried contacting the company and got no answer on the phone or by e-mail. I just received not one but two power storm vaccums. I called my bank to find out what had been charged. Just over $313.00 was charged to my account which made me overdraft on my account 5 or 6 times which is $10 charge to me for each plus the money they had to put in my account to cover these charges.
They can have these vaccums back, all I want is my money back and the bank not to charge me. My bank is also looking into this.
