In April, I ordered a Milinex Power Strom from their infomercial. I was to get the 2nd unit free.in approximately June I recieved the steamer portion of the product.By now I was already frustrated with their customer service and had requested a refund. They said I had to return any portion of the product already sent to me so when the steamer arrived, i returned it, unopened. I have spoken to on the phone and emailed them approximately 20 times since July and no one can give me any information. They basically stole over $500 from me and I want it back! I spoke to them again today and wasn't told anything substancial. The woman on the phone couldn't even tell me how to contact the parent comapny. I would like to pursue legal action but can't afford an attorney. I am outraged!
