We contracted to install a pool in March and were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to finish. It is now June and still not completed. The trouble is there is not much a customer can do since you have to pay up front before they will do any work, ie deposit with contract, 40% to dig the hole, 40% for gunite etc. You end up having paid almost all the money for about 20% of the work!
Also, they leave the phone on an answering machine as they don't want to talk to irate customers.
Our deck was poorly installed (after all the same excuses about backorders, tiles not available, pick another etc), and my husband tripped over uneven pavers and dislocated his shoulder.
I am despairing of this pool ever being finished.
We checked them out with the Better Business Bureau before signing the contract, but their membership has since been suspended. Big deal! What good is that? I also feel let down by the BBB. They should do something about this company.
