Inflated appraisal / contract and deal changed after closing
NO Good Faith Estimate and the Truth-In-Lending.
Both part of the RESPA packet that the government requires to be mailed out 3 days after completion of any home loan application never got it!
Had awesome credit now they have ruined my credit and thats not all pretty much everything that everyone one on this forem has complained about i've been through!
Help! Anyone?
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life!
They are not accepting any of the wrong doing and trying to foreclose on the property!
Please respond to my report if you can be of any assistance to me and or if I can be of any assistance to you.
I would like to know of a good lawyer that specializes in predatory lending and or a lawyer that has experience in this type of case
