I obtain a refiance loan from ameriquest mortgage company, and was giving a faults high apprasal on my home, and a very high intrest rate as well. They are predatory lenders, and seem to have taken advantage of many people. I'm as of this reporting is losing my home tommorow to foreclosure because i could not meet those payments. Had a hearing in the merrimack county superior court trying to obtain a delay in the foreclosure, but that was denied. But the issues of the valitaty of my loan, and a request to have the loan delared null and void will be heard on the 23rd of this month. So even though the foreclosure goes through i might still be able to get it overturned. Because of the predatory lending practice of this company, and the faults aprassal of my home as well. Do need a lawyer to help me on this, if anyone knows an attorney who can handle this pro-bono i would be gratful. Don't wanna lose my home for the unjust dealing of ameriquest and there predatory lending practice.
