Saw an infomercial on TV 9-29-05 and ordered the Laser Storm 3 in 1 vac. It was a buy one get one free offer for 59.95 and a free steamer was included. I also purchased the accessories for the steamer and the extra filters for the vacs. They sent me 4 vacs, no steamer, no steamer accessories and no filters.

I sent back 2 of the vacs and was told the steamer, steamer accessories and the vac filters were on BO. The company received the vacs back on 11-14-05. I have yet to receive my refund even though I have called, been lied to (it will be credited in 10 days to 2 weeks). How many times have I heard that?

The supervisors are never in or they are at lunch anytime of the day or they will call you back between 4-6pm that day. Bull. Another one of the customer service reps tricks is to say hold and never give you a chance to speak and then you are on hold for an eternity and then they hang up on you. They are rude and what a shotty way to run a company. You have turned me off to ever ordering anything off the TV again.

I am on disability and really need that 374.67 refund I am due. I hope that someday they (the customer service reps) get a dose of their own medicine and get to have the opportunity to be treated the way they have others. I hope one of your parents, children or family members get treated the way you are treating others. I don't think you would like that very much would you? How can you sleep at night knowing what you do? How can you teach your children good morals when you yourself are lying five days of the week all day long.

One rep told me she had 5 children. Get ready for some juvenile delinquents or jail birds if she is teaching them the morals she practices. I want my refund and compensation for all the crap I have been through to get it. Just so you know I have also filed complaints with the NY Department of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and have talked to the NY Police Fraud Department.

Thanks for all the aggravation as I am trying to heal from my illness. I hope that each and everyone of you that has lied to me on the phone will have the opportunity to experience trying to heal and having to deal with devious people like you and worrying how to pay the bills that you couldn't because of scams and scum like all of you.
