I too was ripped off. I had called 4/15/06 and placed and order for the 2 for 1 vac. When I called it was automative. You weren't able to speak to to anyone. After the phone call, I felt very uneasy about the order. It didn't give you a confirmation number or total price of the items that were ordered. I called 800-278-6886 and left a message on the machine to call me back about the order I had just placed. This was Saturday.By Tuesday I never received a call back. So on 4/18/06 I again left a message to call me. Again never received a call back.

On 4/20/06 I was able to finally speak to someone. She stated her name was Tiffany. I explained that I felt uneasy about the order I placed on Saturday and wanted to know exactly what was ordered and what the amount was. She stated that her computer was down and she was waiting for a tech. That she will call me back asap. She never called back.

On 4/24/06 I spoke with a Celeste. She stated that I ordered 4 vacs and a free power steamer. I stated I only wanted the buy 1 get 1 vac free. She stated there was nothing she could do because the vacs were shipped 4/17/06. I stated I had left several messages for someone to call me about the order I placed and no one called back. She stated there was nothing she could do.

On 5/5/06 I spoke with Kelly (she was the only representative that was nice that I dealt with at this company) anyway she stated that I should receive the vacs within a day or two and that I should refuse the vacs that I didn't want. After I got off the phone with her the vacs were sitting outside my door. I was unable to refuse them because the mailman never rang the doorbell. I never did receive the power steamer with the vacs. I figured I would give it a couple of days to see if it would be delivered. On my order receipt I was charged for 2 vac at $119.85 each and #20 for the power steamer and accessories. But I never received the power steamer.

On 5/13/06 I received box 1 of 2.in box one was 3 replacement filters for the vacs which I never ordered. I still did not receive the power steamer. I called the 800-278-6886 and spoke to someone which I did not get a name and she stated if I don't receive box #2 by the end of the following week to call them and they will send out another power steamer.

On 5/27/06 I left another message on their machine and no one ever called back..

On 6/12/06 I spoke with Rose. She stated the power steamer was shipped on 6/8. I asked to speak to supervisor and she transfered me to the answering machine. I left another message again. Then I called them back. The person who answered stated she was Rose. I stated that she did not transfer me to the supervisor. And she stated she didn't know what I was talking about. I stated she had spoken with me not even 5 minutes ago. She again stated she didn't know what I was talking about. I asked how many representatives by the name of Rose worked there. She hung up on me. I calle back 3 more times and each time someone would pick up the phone and hang up.
Then again I called back and Mulan answered the phone. I asked to speak to supervisor and she hung up on me.

6/22/06. I spoke with rep 09. He would not give me his name. He stated the power steamer was back ordered. Then he trys to tell me I didn't order the power steamer that I ordered a duster. I stated that I was told the power steamer was shipped 6/8. He tells me to hold on. He get backs on and states that he was sorry, that he was looking at someone else's acct and hung up.

6/22/06. I called back and spoke with Jason and he stated the power steamer was shipped the same day as the vacs on 4/17/06. Stated I should call the post office to see if they have it. I called the post office with the tracking number he had given me and it was not the correct tracking number according to the post office. I tried calling back at 800-278-6886 and was hung up on 3 times. So I called again and spoke with rep #19. She stated the power steamer was shipped the same day as the vac on 4/17/06.
I explained to rep #19 that I received 1 box of 2 and in box 1 was replacement filters. She stated she didn't know why I received filters because I didn't order them and doesn't show that they shipped them. I asked to speak to supervisor and she state the supervisor was on vacation.

My total for the 4 vac and power steamer/accessories was 353.70. I wanted to return the vacs but was afraid I would never get a refund. Which I was right after reading all the letters from everyone who was ripped off.

I have also noticed on my credit card bills that each time a payment was taken there was a different name each time. April payment 193.90 was taken out from Powerstorm Milinox New York, NY. Then Mays payment was for 79.90 from Shopflash, New York, NY, then the last payment was in June for 79.90 from Vacuum Clnr 800-278-6886 New York, NY.

If I thought about it earlier, I should have reported my credit card stolen.

But at least I have the vacs. I will try to sell them to get money to pay off the credit card. I know most of you lost money and never received the vacs. But we all have to do something about it. We have to get the word out about this company. So no one else gets burned liked us. I have printed out all the complaints from the website http://www.infomercialscams.com/scams/power_storm_vac, so that I can send it to the newstations. If everyone does this maybe something can be done.

It is really strange that since I placed the order on 4/15 that I have not seen the imformercial for the Power Storm. But I know it is still playing because others have ordered since then.
