Complaint:
Past history for new customer exceeds space provided. Rendered computer service 3 times. All negative. I arrive onsite to perform service. Cust ALWAYS late/non-present for appts.
Service rendered on 022002 needed backup. Completed/waited 3 hours/no show to get paid. Not paid until 022602.
Cust has Compaq no problems; needs hard drive only. Purchased used computer not needed; personal info needed to be erased and system to be restored (flat fee $130).
Argued until my ears bled. He didn't want to pay, thought it was 'free'. Did not recover labor $130 031402.
Service rendered to restore earlier backup to 'new' computer.
Did not charge; part of first billing.
Service rendered 032102 for laptop. System was extremely unstable. Cust aware of condition. Could not use properly for normal backup. Files saved only by sharing. All other operations inoperable.
All files w/current condition were saved and replaced back on system AS IS. Cust accused GENUINE LOGIC of 'dumping' data.
Proved later that those files were saved. Import feature restored what was possible without proper backup files. Cust did not have ANY backup media or files for correct restore.
Cust demanded me to contact his internet provider for recovery.
When contacted and response sent to cust; he stated still was not 'good faith'032602. Provided cust reminder for payment will access late fee if not paid by 033102.
Cust asked for discount due to the trouble this caused him! Cust states check ready for pickup 040202 $195 only. Late charge already accessed $58.50. Total due $253.50.
Unfinished business/leaves town/no payment. Scheduling allowed visit on 040902; partial payment $195/refused paying late fee. Cust states never agreed to terms but signed release and was notified MANY times to review website details.
Everything witnessed.
Now accuses of sabotaging his laptop/no turn off/no printing/MAJORITY of files missing/placed stop payment after delivery and removed $195 from my accnt 041702. Seeks action with no proof to his claim and threats.
Desired Settlement: Refund of lost payment. Total of $572.

Very irresponsible customer! Provides false payment to receive equipment not paid for!
This man has no integrity, honesty or values!
Constantly looking for freebies and stiffing people with no payments!
He knows he is seriously delinquent!
