Unfortunately, I have purchased a Maytag dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, and a range in the past 8 years. Everyone one of these products needed repairs within the first year or two and more than one time. Recently, I purchased an Amana bottom freezer refrigerator from HH Gregg in Indianapolis.
Much to my dismay, I found the "Maytag" sticker inside the door after the appliance was delivered. Sure enough, the motor went out on the brand new fridge 5 months after it was delivered. It took Maytag 4 days to send a repair man out, but by then, all of my food was spoiled.
Maytag does not care about their customer's expense or inconvenience. They manufacture extremely poor quality products based on my experience of 100% faulty appliances. Buyer beware and don't purchase these products if you have any other choice!
