I bought a maytag refrigerator on 5/12. Model# MDS2651HEB and Serial# 50483356GG that just had the compressor go out. I paid top of the line money and warranties hoping that this MAYTAG name brand would back itself up for many years without me having to worry about my refrigerator. WRONG!!! Customer service did NOTHING except repeatly say "i'm sorry but your product is past the warranty deadline and there is nothing we can do." like some kind of damn record saying the same thing over and over. I will NEVER purchase another maytag product. I was hoping that they could fix my refrigerator or give me a voulcher for a $100 or so for the purchase of a new maytag. I don't think that was too much to ask since I did pay over $1400 back in 2005. Well, they just lost a forever customer over $100. Sad customer service.
