Tactica, a company selling products for Singer refuses to give me back my money even after contacting a lawyer. They ripped me off when they changed my order saying I ordered four Singer Laserstorm vacuums when I only ordered one and was suppose to get one free.
When I tried to contact the company with the number I received I got an all automated call. After some research of my own I found a number for the company. The first call they told me I they couldn't change my order because it was already sent out. I would have to wait til the package was sent back to them.
After I sent the package back. I still received no refund. I contacted the company. They told me the money would be back in my account within two weeks. After two weeks I called again and got the same speech within two weeks.
I ordered this vacuum in September of last year and to date still not gotten my money back. I have even contacted a lawyer and had a letter sent to the company on my behalf. I received a letter from the company saying I was due a refund and would receive it within two weeks. Still no refund.
I have seen many people complaining about this same ripoff. Singer company even filed an injunction against this company for their consumer practices with their products.
I think a class action lawsuit should be filed against Tactica, Inc. For these consumer ripoffs. But I also think Singer should be held accountable for these ripoffs because it is their product and their just as responsible.
