Below is a copy of messages I sent to "[email protected]", the customer service of "Windstorm".
3/23/06: Why do you continue to take money out of my account after I sent yout Wind Storm Vac back. You have taken $94.39 on 2/10/06, $19.95 on 3/9/06 and $19.95 today (3/23/06), totaling $134.29. Below is a copy of the letter I sent with the return of order#: 200601231*. I would like all monies returned to my account or I will have to take legal actions to recover my monies.
2/27/06: I received the Wind Storm vacuum and am not satisfied with the machine as it does not clean as advertised. I'm sending the machine back for a refund.
We have plenty of animal hair. The reasons for the return are:
1: The dust cup fills up too soon.
2: The brush nozzle doesn't seem to work as described in the instruction book.
3: The crevice tool seems to blow dust before you can suck it.
4: I haven't received the Free Steamer, which $20.00 shipping and handling was paid.
