I ordered the Windstorm Vacuum back in December. On their website I saw the verisign logo and expected it to pop up to get my password and verify my transaction. It did not and I immediately cancelled the transaction. I called the phone number after 72 hours as instructed and called my bank. I received the order for 2 vacuums from UPS and refused it. I have called everyday or every other day since.
I have spoken with several reps on the phone and have been told on 3 seperate occassions that my $214.18 was being refunded or that there was a problem with them crediting my account. I have contactaed my bank and they have been no help.
I am on a limited income. I am recovering from a 2 strokes and found these people have taken food out of my mouth. I can not continue this stress or it will give me another stroke. Why can't they just return my money. I have also reported them to Verisign and next the BBB and to my governor and the newspapers and anyone else that will listen.
