I ordered a double order of Debbie Myers "Green Bags". I received 1/2 that amount

I thought I was at the site that I had seen on TV. I ordered and they said I could double the order for a small fee, then they said I could have zip-lock for another fee. After all was said and done I paid $26.90 for $9.95 worth of bags. My credit card was charged to GPM* Green Bags on 2/14/08.
