Worst furniture shopping experience!!! Mind you, this is the short version.
We bought some living room furniture in December and it went over without a hitch. Went back to buy an additional piece. We asked for the previous sales person. We were told it was her day off but we could go back the next day. Who in there right mind sends a sale away? (especially in this economy?) We found the table we wanted and Pedro told us it would take a week. The week came and went and we didn't receive a call to advise of the delay. I called to find out that the date was pushed out. Next date came and went and same problem. I called and spoke with a manager that assured free delivery and a discount coupon. That didn't happen. 7 wks and I finally got delivery of the table. Pedro said it was brand new in the box, but when he got there - no box. And it was DEFECTIVE. I told him to take it back. (he left wrapping material on my porch) I called and left a message for the owner to call me back - didn't happen. Then we went to collect our refund and got to talk to 'Mr. Where the smart furniture buyers shop" himself. It was like talking to a wall. He let us walk out upset and empty handed. We were going to be buying a den furniture set and a new bedroom set... Fat chance we'd be spending money there again. It was a customer service NIGHTMARE!
