Ripoff! Claims sent my product to wrong address and I never got my item and they wont fix their mistake

I oredered a didgital scale from this company off ebay and they claim they messed up my order and sent it to the wrong address. I never got my product from this comapny. Sent several corespondence they never replyed or tryes making it right or even returned my calls.
