Charged twice the going rate for replacement of springs to my garage door. I was told by the representative that it would be $265.00 but when they got to my home it was $469.99. I got him to agree to $400.00 and agreed to pay $200.00 by credit card and tha balance of $200 by check. My credit card was immediately charged twice in the sum of $200.00 and $200.00.
I would highly recommend that no one should use this company for a garage door repair of any kind. I was charged (469.99) twice the going rate. I then agreed to pay $200 on my credit card and $200 by check. However, when i checked my credit card company the next day they had charged the credit card $200 and $200 immediately on the same day. They are the biggest rip-off around and will never use then again or recommend them to anyone.
