This company is listed as Centerline, Michigan but must have local offices in North San Diego County, California where I live and where the onsite service occurred. Their service man came out to assess the broken garage door spring on a Monday afternoon. He charged me $369 for replacing the spring and insisted that he was in line with other garage door services and that if I didn't proceed with the repair, he would charge me for the estimate. I was a woman alone, unable to get out of my garage, needing service. He took advantage of me and my situation. When my husband called to complain about it later, they were rude. We checked with several other garage door companies locally and the most they would have charged in total for the highest quality galvanized steel springs, installed was $250 which means we are out $119 in overcharge. I recommend that no one else use this company.
