This company will lie to you without hesitation. I was told that patio furniture I ordered October 2 would FOR SURE be at my home by October 27. That seemed too good to be true, and to be honest, it wasn't the end of the world that it didn't happen. It all started there. At that point, it was handled ok, but looking back I can't believe the extent they go to lie to you when they can't follow through. Why not be honest?

I finally figured out by about the 25th of October that my furniture would in fact not be there for my Halloween party, so they offered to pay for some rental furniture. I said thanks, that's very nice, and I assumed I'd be receiving my furniture shortly thereafter because how off could they be? OH MY GOD - they continued to promise my furniture would be coming "next week" for the next 3 months!!!

They NEVER called me to update me or tell me they were wrong, or oh, gee, it's taking a really long time to get here from China, sorry. I had TO CALL THEM every week, and each time, they blatantly lied to me and said I'd be receiving a call from the delivery drivers. WHY on earth does any company do this??? They even finally gave me an exact date of January 5, and SWORE it would be there. I stayed home all day, finally letting myself be excited, and it never came. Then they had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't have stayed home without hearing from the delivery company. Well, I didn't order it from the damn delivery company, I ordered it from YOU, and YOU told me FOR SURE, that it would be there FINALLY on January 5th. So then it finally makes it to me on January 12th... BUT, the cushions didn't come with the furniture, so I can't USE IT.

Now here it is, February 2nd, and my cushions are supposed to be arriving tomorrow - a full 4 months after my original order. Am I supposed to be esctatic? I am pretty excited, but after my experience (s) with this company and their customer service, I am so angry to have been treated with such total disrespect and disregard for my business. Every time I called they immediately got defensive and lied - and thought I was stupid enough to actually believe them. ONCE, I was told that they were having problems with this particular manufacturer - WHICH IS FINE - I GET THAT - all I wanted was THE TRUTH. Don't get your customers hopes up by LYING to them - the letdown is worse than telling them there is a problem. The worst part for them is that I would have bought more pieces, and possibly been a customer for life - plus a huge referral source.

They lost a lot of money by treating me like crap. If you buy from this company, you'd better be prepared to get horrible customer service - and I found other testimonials exactly like mine on the yahoo shopping site - so it isn't just me.

I WILL NEVER buy from this company again - and this is not an empty threat because I WOULD HAVE.
