Mm enviomental enginnering ripoff never fixed the problem and calls drunk and harasses and threatens

Came out to fix heating system in May twice never did fix the problem. I had another licenced heating specialist come to fix the problem and the problem was the switch not the motor he is trying to charge me for nor the thermastat that he never did touch. He in the mean makes threatening phone calls to me and my family. Calls intoxicated..leaving herrassing messages with four letter words.
