I have a trane heating and air unit in my house the unit is only two years old and still under warrenty. The motor stopped working friday12th dec. 08. Today is monday dec. 15th 08. Trane told me they do not have that motor in stock, and it would take at least five days to get it. Meantime i have no heat and trane don't care. If i was a business that had an account with them i would get the royal treetment but since im not, they seem to want to take their sweet time in fixing the problem. I paid 5,000 dollars for this humk of junk that breaks down under warrenty and trane cant fix asimple problem in a timely manner. What a ripp off.
