I purchased a heating unit marked propane. I later found out through the company that installed the heating unit that it was marked incorrectly. The unit was marked for propane heating but it was actually for natural gas heating. I spoke to the company which asked me to send pictures. I did that and the company verified that it was incorrectly marked propane. I have continued to call the company for replacement and they have ignored my phone calls and letters. This is a very hazardous problem. My house has smoke damage and my family could have been killed. Companies have to be responsible for the products that they sell to consumers. I would hope that this company doesn't hurt another family. I have not heard anything from this company to correct the problem and it has been three months that I have been waiting.
